Werewolves

We’ve been studying illustration over the past few weeks with the intended outcome of making 2 double page spreads for our book. This is one of my final pages for my story which is about 2 men who collect werewolves. We only had to write the first 300 words of the story which made it more challenging to create an interesting start.
The trees, house and man are all drawn on acetate with black marker and then painted with acrylic paint on the otherside of the acetate. I had never done this method before and so it was fun to experiment and see how it would turn out. The sky is painted onto a piece of paper and then the acetate laid over the top.
